Hey Junior Families!
Fantastic job this weekend to the Juniors! What a great start to the season with amazing swims by all who competed. I’m very impressed with the great effort and energy the Juniors had throughout the meet.
Weekly Focus
This week we’ll be working on pull for all strokes, focusing on catching as much water as possible and legal strokes. We’ll be touching on increasing stroke rate and intensity later this week to train how we would swim during races.

We have now begun our June Schedule. Please take a look at the schedule I’ve attached going forward for the rest of June.
