I hope you have been enjoying the long weekend! There is a lot of info in this email, please read through carefully. Most importantly the swim meet sign up deadlines as they are fast approaching!!
SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
This week’s swimmer of the week has shown dedication to the sport, outstanding effort and great attitude within our swimming and dryland practices. Keep up the great work!

WEEKLY FOCUS
This week in the pool we will continue to focus on our entries/arm position within all four strokes as well as our catch/feel of the water.
MOCK MEET
Please sign up for our Mock Meet if you haven’t done so already!! Link is in this email under swim meet sign up links! Events will include 50 Free, Back, Breast and Fly as well as fun relays!!
GROUP WALKS
Please ensure swimmers have $5-10 with them as from time to time I will do surprise slurpee/ice cream walks instead of dryland, especially as we get into this hotter weather.
GROUP GOALS
Please fill out this GOOGLE FORM to submit your goals. I have only received 16/44 swimmers’ goals! They are now past due! Next week I will include names of those who have not completed the goals within the email.
ATTENDANCE
I encourage swimmers to still attend practice even if they are going to be late for dryland or not able to make our dryland. Just shoot me an email if you ever will be arriving late or just attending our swim portion of practice due to other commitments.
